Easy Green Smoothie



This Easy Green Smoothie is a nutritious and refreshing drink packed with vitamins and antioxidants. It's a perfect way to start your day or boost your energy levels.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup kale leaves
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 green apple
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions:

Make sure to wash the spinach and kale leaves really well

Cut the cucumber, green apple, and banana into small pieces

Get half a lemon's juice out

Mix everything together in a blender

If you want it colder, you can add ice cubes and blend until the texture is smooth and creamy

If you want it sweeter, taste it and add honey

Add the honey and blend again for a short time

Put the green smoothie in a glass and serve right away
