Heavenly Baked Potato with Bacon Topping

Ingredients:
- 4 large russet potatoes
- 8 slices of bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C
Clean the potatoes well and poke them several times with a fork
Put the potatoes on the rack in the oven and bake for 45 to 60 minutes, or until they are soft
During this time, cook the bacon in a pan over medium-low heat until it gets crispy
Take it out of the pan and let it drain on paper towels
Then, break it up into little pieces
When the potatoes are done, use a fork to fluff up the insides by cutting each one on the long side
Spread the shredded cheddar cheese out evenly on the potatoes, and then top them with bacon bits
Put some sour cream and chopped green onions on top of each potato
