Hickory Smoked Wings Buffalo-Style
Delicious and smoky Buffalo-style chicken wings prepared in Bradley Smoker with the rich flavor of hickory wood chips.
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- Hickory wood chips for smoking
Instructions:
For the Bradley Smoker, use hickory wood chips to preheat it to 225F
Combine olive oil, smoked paprika, onion and garlic powders, salt, and pepper in a bowl
Evenly coat the chicken wings after tossing them in the spice mixture
Arrange wings on racks for Bradley Smokers
Wings should be smoked for two hours or until they reach an internal temperature of 165F
While smoking, combine melted butter and buffalo sauce in a bowl
After the wings are smoked, toss them until completely coated in the buffalo sauce mixture
Enjoy and serve right away!
