Mini White Pizzas



A fun change from regular pizza are these Mini White Pizzas. They have a base of creamy ricotta with a mix of cheeses and fragrant herbs, making them a tasty snack or appetizer.

Ingredients:

  • 4 mini pizza crusts
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions:

Turn on your oven and heat it up to 425F 220C

Put the ricotta cheese, garlic that has been minced, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a small bowl

Combine well

Put the small pizza crusts on a pizza stone or baking sheet

Make sure the ricotta mixture covers all of each crust, but leave a little space around the edges

On top of the ricotta mixture, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese

Cover the pizzas with olive oil and top them with dried oregano and basil

It should be baked in a hot oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and a little browned

Take the mini white pizzas out of the oven and let them cool for one minute

Then cut them into pieces

Add fresh basil leaves on top and serve hot
